Request for Proposals

The Arts & Culture Collective of Grand Rapids (ACCGR), in collaboration with Kent County, the City of Grand Rapids, and regional stakeholders, invites qualified consulting firms or teams to submit proposals for the development of a comprehensive Arts and Culture Plan. The final plan will provide a strategic roadmap for strengthening the arts and culture sector across both urban and rural communities, and will identify long-term solutions to better coordinate, fund, and sustain arts and culture in the region.
